You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for use on Apple devices under App Store rules.

DeenKit provides verses, hadiths, duas, reminders, reading tools and widgets for personal practice. It does not replace qualified religious guidance, a fatwa, or medical, legal or psychological advice.

Translations and reminders may simplify context. Verify important interpretations with original sources and a qualified person, and report suspected errors.

Prayer times, Hijri dates and directions depend on methods, location, time zone, settings and third-party data. Differences with local practice are possible. Verify locally when official precision matters.

iOS may delay or limit notifications due to system rules, battery, network or user settings.

Products, prices, currencies, durations and trials are provided by the App Store and may vary by country and eligibility. Apple’s confirmation sheet controls before purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions are billed by Apple unless cancelled within Apple’s stated deadline. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases can be restored in DeenKit; Apple handles billing and refunds subject to mandatory rights.

Continuous availability and complete freedom from errors are not guaranteed. iOS, networks, the App Store and external providers may cause interruptions.

We may improve, replace or remove features for security, legal or technical reasons and will provide appropriate information where required.

Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use DeenKit unlawfully.

The app, brand, interface, code and original designs are protected. Third-party religious texts and datasets remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

To the extent permitted by law, DeenKit is provided as available. We are not responsible for decisions made without verification, third-party outages, incorrect settings or prohibited use.

Nothing excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. Courts are determined by mandatory consumer rules. Contact us first to seek an amicable solution. Material changes will be announced where required.
